Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeremy Kobler.
Hi Jeremy, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My story is long one, but we will keep this to the short version. I was in college trying to find the one thing I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I was preparing for medical school and psychiatry to follow my grandfathers MD background, my dad being a clinical psychologist thought maybe I wouldn’t enjoy that as much as I thought and thankfully he did. Knowing what I know now about the pharmaceutical industry and it hold over the allopathic medical establishment I am glad I am not a part of that. I was going to a Doctor of Chiropractic at the time and he told me there was a Chiro school in Kansas City, so I took a tour and decided this was right for me and how I think healthcare should be. As Mr R.F. Kennedy is showing the world now the dark side of medicine and the lies attached to it, I am so happy I chose this path!
There has been a lot of struggle and hard times as most business’s go through, as well as really great times and most importantly taking care of people and helping them reach their healthcare needs that often the Allopathic medical establishment and its pharmaceuticals miss or flat do not know how to properly care for. Health does not come in a prescription pill period. Where I am today comes from the long days and hours put into the clinics and caring for those who need it. I could elaborate further, but we can save that for another day.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Our biggest struggle for any DC is the media, the American Medical Association and people’s beliefs based on the lies told by the media and AMA. It is hard to fight against a multi trillion dollar industry who wants your profession to cease to exist! You may not be aware that the AMA was proven guilty for trying to destroy the Chiropractic profession. As they did not fully succeed, they did enough damage that it still effects out profession today especially as they are still trying to destroy the profession. However now they are trying to steal the profession by inventing Osteopractic, no joke, they claim to differ, but in reality it is the exact same thing, but they teach PT’s and such how to adjust people the same way that Chiropractic Doctors do. The AMA wants control and and they control PT’s, unlike DC;s who are in large part against pharmaceuticals.
Fighting 80 years of lies is a tough one to overcome.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I have had Kobler Chiropractic and Acupuncture since 10-17-2012, our current KCMO location opened in March 2014, our mobile clinic began in 2018 and my newest Kansas facility is in the Advent Health Sports Park at Bluhawk located inside of the C26 Hub in Overland Park KS.
I have advanced education and certifications from the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association), board certified in Acupuncture, we also do dry needling, cupping, kinesiology taping, graston, among other things to help the body function at its prime potential.
This is a point to stress; Chiropractic care absolutely addresses pain issues from low back pain and headaches and other basic aches and pains. What Doctors of Chiropractic are really trying to help each person achieve is improved nervous system function. The better your nervous system function the better the body function which all equates to GOOD HEALTH. Prescriptions do not offer this; they offer relief of some symptoms and often create more side effects than the prescription actually helps reduce!
That is our Brand as a profession!
Our north clinic in KCMO sees a large range of people from families with children, to grandparents, Veterans, athletes and everything in between. Our mobile clinic is for businesses who wish to help keep their employees as productive as possible. This investment in their employees pays off with less absenteeism, less presenteeism and more production all around. We currently service many local fire stations in the Kansas City area, as well as trucking companies, which I will also mention that we are working on adding DOT physicals to our mobile services that trucking companies should take advantage of!
Our newest location in Overland Park, KS is more sports driven as there are athletes ranging from 5yo soccer and hockey players to professional athletes in the NFL, MLB and so on. The same idea of FUNCTION applies to them more than anyone! They cannot afford injury, so they utilize Chiropractic care to help them improve performance not wait until it becomes painful before they address it. Your everyday person should look at Chiropractic care the same way, why would you wait until you have pain rather than prevent it from happening at all while at the same time improving your overall health? The chiropractic profession and mindset would lead to a far healthier community and country if they were to adopt our healthy philosophy rather than the SICK CARE model the pharmaceutical industry, media and AMA have most Americans stuck in and do nothing to help improve health only profit.
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I was a more quiet and shy kid when I was younger. I was vaccine injured by the MMR vaccine at 3yoa, which led to the ER and nearly death, I still have complications from that which effect me today. I had NO vision issues prior to that event, after I couldn’t see well, my eye turned in (and still does when fatigued) if not corrected with glasses/contacts. So I was picked on and the typical kid experience when you’re seen as the dork with glasses etc. I was also always one of the smallest kids ion the class which also did not help.
After I got contact lenses in 7th grade my life changed quite a bit, I started wrestling and weight training, got more friends and stopped getting messed with by other kids and instead I was able to help other kids NOT get bullied!
I was really into weights and World Strongest Man contests and body building, part of me wished I had pursued that more, and I may still do a body building competition one day. These days I can still be shy, but I have learned to be an Extroverted Introvert, get past being uncomfortable and just do it because it is what has to be done to succeed!
