Today we’d like to introduce you to Tina Andrews.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Here’s a little bit of how I got to where I am today — in real estate, in business, and in my walk with God.
For over 20 years, I worked long days in a job that never truly fulfilled me. But I stayed because I wanted my family to have a good life. I chased the things society tells you to chase — stability, a paycheck, a title — but deep down, I felt empty and overwhelmed. I wasn’t living… I was surviving.
Then everything changed in a moment.
I was in a head-on collision that completely turned my world upside down. I came out of it broken physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Surgeries, pain, memory issues, frustration, tears — there were days I begged God to just make it stop. I had to completely relearn who I was as a wife, a mom, a daughter, and a woman of faith.
But that dark season became the very place God rebuilt me.
Before that accident, I had prayed so many times for rest, clarity, and the chance to be present with my family again. I never expected the answer to come in that way… but God used it. He slowed me down so He could rebuild me from the inside out.
As I healed, He began showing me new paths — paths where I could help people, serve families, and step into work that truly mattered.
That’s how Heart & Home Partners was born.
My husband, Frank, and I started helping families out of stressful situations by buying distressed properties and creating homes with new life and purpose. We discovered that real estate wasn’t just business — it was ministry. Every family, every seller, every story mattered.
And from that same season, God birthed Thrive by Grace Digital — a place where I could help women build businesses that honor their faith, their families, and their purpose. I learned firsthand what it’s like to feel lost, to feel behind, to feel like you’re starting over. Now I get to turn my experience into encouragement and strategy for other women stepping into their God-written calling.
Both businesses grew from the same root — pain transformed into purpose.
Real estate gives us the ability to serve families in hard places.
Digital marketing enables me to encourage and equip Christian women who desire more out of life.
And every step of the way, God has reminded me that nothing is wasted.
Not the hard seasons.
Not the tears.
Not the lessons.
Not the healing.
If my story shows anything, it’s that God can take something broken and make it beautiful again — whether it’s a house, a business, or a woman rediscovering who she is in Him.
And that’s what we do now…
Help families find hope again.
Help women find clarity and confidence again.
Help people build something that lasts — in real estate, in business, and in life.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Has it been a smooth road? Absolutely not — but God has been faithful through every bump.
Oh friend… smooth? No. Definitely not. 😅
If anything, it’s been a series of twists, turns, detours, and “Lord… are You sure about this?” moments.
We’ve had loans fall through at the last minute, deals that felt like a sure thing just disappear, and houses that ended up being way more messed up than we bargained for. You know those ones where you walk in thinking, “Oh this won’t be too bad,” and then suddenly you’re staring at plumbing from 1965, critters that definitely didn’t come with the listing, and a foundation that wants to preach a sermon on patience? Yep. Those.
On top of the business stuff, I’ve also had some deeply personal struggles —
physical pain,
mental battles,
memory issues from the accident,
anxiety,
days where my body simply wouldn’t cooperate,
and huge medical bills that didn’t care whether or not Frank and I had plans.
There were seasons where it felt like everything was working against us, from family issues to finances to my own health. And I would be lying if I said I didn’t have moments where I questioned whether I was really cut out for anything anymore. But every time I wanted to quit, God reminded me why we started in the first place.
What I’ve learned is this:
Purpose doesn’t come wrapped in perfection.
It comes wrapped in perseverance, prayer, and a whole lot of grace.
Every setback taught us something.
Every “no” pushed us toward a better “yes.”
Every rough house eventually became a home for someone who needed it.
Every personal struggle pushed me deeper into faith and helped me understand the people I now get to serve.
So no — it hasn’t been smooth.
But it’s been worth it.
And it’s made us stronger, wiser, and more dependent on God than ever before.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Heart & Home Partners is the real estate company that my husband, Frank, and I built to help families in tough situations. We buy distressed homes, offer fast and honest solutions, rehab properties with integrity, and manage short- and mid-term rentals. We’re known for treating people like family, not transactions — and for bringing homes back to life with compassion and excellence.
Thrive by Grace Digital is something that I am passionate about helping Christian women start and grow businesses with faith, simplicity, and confidence. I teach digital marketing, funnels, passive income, and mindset from a biblical perspective, making business feel peaceful instead of overwhelming. I’m known for my encouragement, my realness, and the way I blend faith + strategy. I also started a podcast called “Thrive by Grace”. It has been something to do when I need encouragement myself, with all of my disabilities, to remind myself that God isn’t done with me yet.
What sets me apart?
I lead with integrity, compassion, and God-centered purpose. I’ve lived through setbacks, healing, and rebuilding — and now I help others do the same. Both brands exist to restore what’s been broken, whether it’s a home, a business, or a woman rediscovering her calling.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is this:
God can use every single thing you’ve walked through — even the painful, messy, unexpected parts — to prepare you for your purpose.
For so long, I thought the hard seasons were setbacks… but now I see they were actually the training ground. The accident, the healing, the financial stress, the business struggles, the doors that closed, the days where nothing made sense — all of it taught me to rely on God, not hustle. It taught me to slow down, listen in, and trust His timing instead of forcing my own.
I’ve learned that success isn’t about perfection or having it all figured out.
It’s about obedience, resilience, and grace — taking the next right step even when you don’t feel ready.
And maybe the most beautiful part?
Nothing is wasted with God.
Not the pain.
Not the waiting.
Not the rebuilding.
Every piece of my story now helps me serve families through Heart & Home Partners and encourage women through Thrive by Grace.
That’s the lesson I hold onto the tightest:
Your journey may not look like you imagined… but God will always lead you exactly where you’re meant to be.
