Rising Stars: Meet Breanne Eggers of Kansas City

Today we’d like to introduce you to Breanne Eggers.

Hi Breanne, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born and raised in Kansas City and graduated from Platte County High School. After spending two years in college, I earned my certification in interior design, which eventually led me into real estate in 2016. I started in the business young and was fortunate to learn from two of my aunts, who were already successful in the industry.

My background in design has always complemented my real estate work — I love helping clients envision the potential in a home. I also stay connected to my family’s home improvement company, where I assist their customers with design selections whenever I can.

Outside of work, I’m married to my middle school sweetheart, and we have two wonderful kids — a boy and a girl. I’ve lived in Kansas City my entire life, and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors, spending time with my kids or hunting with my dad.

Overall, my journey has been about combining family, community, and creativity — and real estate has been the perfect space for all of those passions to come together.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Real estate itself is a roller coaster. Much like the market there’s constant ups and downs. Of course my first year was rough, finding clients turned out to be much harder than I anticipated. My second year in the industry I joined a real estate team. That is where my career really started. I was a Zillow Premiere agent for four years, had a great team lead as a mentor, partnered with a phenomenal lender and grew my business. I later changed brokerages and teams and landed on the team that I am on now! I am blessed to learn from a top agent in the industry and feel very at home growing my business.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
In my real estate career, I focus on helping clients not only find a home but truly see its potential. With my background in interior design, I specialize in helping buyers and sellers visualize spaces — whether it’s staging a home to sell quickly or guiding buyers through design possibilities that fit their lifestyle and budget.

I’m known for being detail-oriented, patient, and down-to-earth. I take the time to really listen to what my clients want and make sure the process feels simple and enjoyable for them. My clients often tell me they appreciate how I combine the design side of things with the practical side of real estate — helping them make confident, informed decisions.

I’m most proud of the relationships I’ve built over the years. Many of my clients become repeat customers and even friends. I also take pride in continuing to help my family’s home improvement company with design consultations — it keeps me connected to both the creative and construction sides of the industry.

What sets me apart is that I truly care about the entire experience — not just the transaction. My goal is always to make sure my clients feel supported before, during, and long after the transaction.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that real estate — and really, life in general — is all about relationships. Early on, I thought success was measured by numbers or sales, but over time I realized it’s the trust and connections you build that truly matter. When you genuinely care about people and put their needs first, the rest naturally follows.

I’ve also learned the importance of patience and adaptability. Every client, every home, and every situation is different — and staying calm, creative, and solutions-focused makes all the difference. Those lessons have shaped not only how I run my business, but how I approach life and family, too.
