Hi Brandi, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I have worked in the bar industry since I was 18. I worked my way up from a hostess to a bartender over the years. Eventually I was asked if I wanted to buy the bar I worked for, it was an easy yes. I love the bar industry, meeting new people and making customers into friends.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road. There is always something to fix or buy. Keeping a full and hard working kitchen staff is sometimes a struggle.

Zio’s Pizza & Pub is a small, local bar with good food and a fun atmosphere. Everyone is welcome. Customers quickly become family! We have daily lunch specials and Happy Hour everyday from 11 to 5pm.
