In 2019, I became a licensed massage therapist, earned my associate degree in occupational science, level 1 lymphatic drainage and became a certified corrective exercise specialist. My passion has always been helping others restore balance—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
But in 2022, life brought me to a breaking point. After my divorce, I found myself with no car, no money, and staying in my best friend’s basement, trying to rebuild from the ground up. It was in that season of surrender that God began to reveal a new vision for my life.
From those humble beginnings, Return to Eden L.L.C. was born in 2023—a sanctuary dedicated to healing, restoration, and self-discovery. I wanted to create a space that mirrored the essence of Eden: peace, renewal, and divine connection.
What started with one room and a dream has now grown into a blossoming wellness brand, partnered with the VA Network Providers Program and expanding to offer holistic spa treatments, therapeutic massages, and membership programs that nurture both body and soul.
My journey is a testimony of faith, resilience, and rebirth—a reminder that even when everything falls apart, God can rebuild it into something far more beautiful than imagined.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s definitely not been a smooth road—but it has been a transformative one. I had to learn to completely lean on God and trust His plan, even when I couldn’t see the way forward. Starting over after my divorce, I had no car, no savings, and no roadmap—just faith, determination, and a dream that refused to die.
I also had to learn the importance of self-care, which for me meant humbling myself enough to ask for help and accept support. My big sister and brother-in-law believed in me when I had nothing but vision. I showed up to them with a business plan, a request for $4,000, and a prayer—and that seed became Return to Eden.
Every challenge since then has reminded me that I can’t do this alone. God has continued to send the right people and opportunities at the right time, teaching me that strength is not found in doing everything yourself, but in trusting, surrendering, and staying faithful to the calling.
