Meet Gina Stockdall of Marilyn Jeanne Designs, LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gina Stockdall.

Hi Gina, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started Marilyn Jeanne Designs, LLC in 2021, and what a journey it has been! We’ve grown from focusing on business branding and marketing to serving nonprofits and churches, and now we specialize in publishing, marketing, design, and custom merchandise for Christian authors around the world.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Has it been smooth? Not at all, but that’s part of the beauty of the journey. When I started Marilyn Jeanne Designs in 2021, I had a vision but not a roadmap. We navigated the learning curve of business branding, figured out how to serve nonprofits and churches, and then pivoted again to focus on Christian authors worldwide. There were challenges, growing a team, learning new industries, and balancing faith, family, and work, but through it all, God’s guidance has been unwavering. Every single struggle shaped us into the ministry and business MJD is today.

As you know, we’re big fans of Marilyn Jeanne Designs, LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Marilyn Jeanne Designs, LLC is a faith-driven business and ministry that started in 2021. We have grown from business branding and marketing to serving nonprofits and churches, and now we specialize in publishing, marketing, design, and custom merchandise for Christian authors around the globe. What sets us apart is our heart for ministry. We don’t just create beautiful designs and marketing strategies, we help our clients share their God-given messages with the world. I am most proud of building a brand that combines creativity, strategy, and faith to empower authors and ministries to make an impact. At MJD, our goal is simple: we help Christian authors bring their vision to life while glorifying God in every step.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I have learned on this journey is that I do not have to do it all on my own. When I started Marilyn Jeanne Designs, I thought I needed to handle every detail myself, but God has shown me the power of community, mentorship, and building a team. Letting go, trusting others, and leaning on God’s guidance has not only strengthened my business but also allowed it to grow in ways I never could have imagined on my own.
