Originally from a small town in Oklahoma, I pursued my education at the University of Arkansas before making the leap to Kansas City to embark on a corporate career after graduating. It didn’t take long for this vibrant city to capture my heart, and it was here that I met my husband, solidifying Kansas City as our permanent home. Throughout my time here, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the unique charm and character of Kansas City homes. This love for the local real estate landscape sparked a profound realization – that I could play an important role in helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership.
After enduring a challenging life circumstance that shifted my perspective, I came to the realization that it was worth pursuing my dreams. The unwavering support and encouragement from my husband, family and friends solidified my decision to take the leap of faith and embark on a career in real estate
I began my real estate journey as an assistant to an amazing agent in Kansas City. Under her guidance, I was propelled into a world of rapid learning and relentless ambition. Thankfully, I was quickly able to build my clientele and serve my own clients in a way that kept them coming back and telling their friends and family about me.
Throughout the years, I’ve cultivated a steadfast commitment to my clients, recognizing that my dedication to their needs knows no bounds. My journey in real estate has been defined by the unwavering fight for my clients’ best interests, a principle that continues to drive my passion for this dynamic industry.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
With anything, there are always challenges and obstacles to face. Starting your own business from the ground up is never easy. There will be disappointing moments but also many amazing moments that outweigh the challenges. I have found that every obstacle that I face makes me a better agent, makes me stronger, and helps me serve my clients in an even higher capacity.

Any big plans?
My plans for the future are to continue to serve my clients at the highest capacity. It is such a joy when I get to help my first time home buyers buy their first home and then years later see them come back, sell their first home, and buy their second home. Through many life events and changes, I love getting to walk through life with so many amazing people and continuing to serve them, and their friends and family.
