Hi Ebony, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m Ebony, the creative heart behind EMF Creations. What started as a passion for creating fabulous moments for my kids and loved ones, has grown into a full-service event styling business built on heart, creativity, and a commitment to making every celebration feel truly fabulous.
I’ve always loved being creative — turning nothing into something beautiful. With an eye for detail and a talent for bringing ideas together, I take pride in crafting designs that leave lasting impressions.
From lavish balloon installations to curated table-scapes, I specialize in designing unforgettable experiences that reflect your style, your story, and your vision.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like anything you’re passionate about, there have been challenges along the way. One of my biggest struggles was not having guidance and help. I’m always learning, and I’ve put in a lot of hard work to get to where I am today. Learning any industry takes time, and I’ve dedicated myself to research, training, seeking mentors, and working alongside others in the industry. This industry is a learning one so I’m always still learning and growing to do what I love.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I specialize in creating intentional décor and making every event truly fabulous. I’m known for my event designs — and most importantly, my signature balloon and floral creations. I love combining the two, as together they create something truly beautiful and unique.
I’m most proud of believing in myself and continually pushing my creativity to new heights. What sets me apart is the extraordinary attention to detail I put into every design, ensuring each piece reflects your story and vision.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
I love that my City is very big on networking and community. Networking has really helped me after knowing to fellowship in my Community to seek guidance for my business. I also love how we are such a passionate City about sports and I love we are family oriented definitely always something to do here with your family. The City can always use improvement.
