Hi Lane, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Good Air started as an idea of a better and more trusted HVAC company. I started the company in 2024 after working for crooked companies and watching customers get taken advantage of. At the beginning of 2025 is When My Co- Owner joined in and together we started building reshaping the HVAC industry.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Building Good Air has not been an easy road. We have had lots of turns and twists. We started with no funding and just pure determination. We started as a co owned company and at the beginning of 2025 we became an independent owned company. By April 2025 Greg joined our Team and we became a co owned company again. Around the same time as Greg joined I started full time at Good Air and it wasn’t and easy decision. Since Greg has joined and I went full time we are continuing to scale faster than expected and are always improving our system and business to match the needs of our customers
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
We specialize in residential heating and cooling. We are known for are clear communication and trustworthy service. We have created our own software that is easy to use for our employees and technicians. Not only is this one of a kind software for our employees but it also has a customer portal that allows our customers to see all the information on there system, from maintenance’s to new quotes we leave nothing out for our customers. This ensures that we aren’t just trying to sell a unit but trying to help our Good Air family with there heating and cooling issues.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Im a pretty open book with people whether we are friends or just meeting. I believe in being my self and build a relationship with people is important . One thing that may not necessarily be a surprise to people I know or the brand, but is special about me is a year before I started Good Air heating and cooling I went thru a a nasty custody battle for my eldest son. I ended up getting full custody of him. With that is a big reason on why I wanted to start Good Air so I had something that my children could look at and see that there daddy didn’t let any hardship stand in his way and that with the right people supporting you you can do anything
