Valencia Beagle of Fort Riley on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Valencia Beagle. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Valencia, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
The greatest thing I’ve built though no one may see it is myself. I went through two back-to-back challenges that weren’t easy, but they made me stronger and helped me grow in ways I didn’t even know I needed. They taught me to focus on my girls and myself, and to always lean on God, not people.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Valencia! I’m a proud military spouse and mom to two beautiful girls, and I’ve built a platform that’s all about motherhood, lifestyle, and inspiring other women to find joy in the everyday moments. What makes my journey unique is that I share the real, unfiltered balance of raising little ones, building a supportive community, and still finding time to chase my own passions.

Through my content, I want to remind other moms that they’re not alone and that even in the chaos, there’s beauty, laughter, and growth. I’m currently working on expanding my brand by creating a cookbook filled with family-friendly, nourishing recipes, and continuing to share relatable content that encourages women to show up as their most confident selves. My story is still unfolding, but I’m passionate about using my voice and platform to connect, uplift, and inspire.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
For me, it comes down to two things: trust and peace. Trust, because it’s so important to have people around you that you can rely on and who truly support you. But over time, I’ve realized something sometimes people hold on to the version of you from your past, and they almost expect to see you struggle because they can’t let go of who you used to be.

That’s why peace has become even more valuable to me. When you find peace within yourself, the words or actions of others don’t carry the same weight they once did. Their opinions no longer have the power to shake you. Finding that kind of peace doesn’t happen overnight it takes time, growth, and a lot of self-reflection but it’s absolutely possible. And once you reach it, life feels so much lighter, freer, and more grounded.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
If I could tell my younger self one thing, it would be this: You’re going to be just fine. Everything will work out the way it’s meant to, so don’t waste your energy stressing. If God brings you to it, He will always bring you through it.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Of course I have nothing to hide! I’ve always been a social butterfly, both on and off social media, and I have no reason to be anything other than myself. I actually love this question because it reminds me how grateful I am for staying true to who I am. I never feel the need to pretend or perform. Along the way, I’ve learned so much about myself, and I’m still learning and growing every day.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
Yes! I’m not out here seeking anyone’s approval I’m only focused on God’s. At the end of the day, people’s opinions will always shift, but God’s word and His love stay the same. I’ve learned that trying to live for the approval of others only leaves you drained, but when you live for God, you walk in confidence, purpose, and peace. That’s the only validation I’ll ever need.
