Hi Joe , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
SorWil began with the goal of providing reliable IT support and solutions that truly serve businesses and organizations. In the early days, the focus was on helping local clients with their day-to-day technology needs such as networks, security, and troubleshooting. As word spread and more businesses placed their trust in us, SorWil grew into a full-service IT partner.

Along the way, we built a strong team that has been key to where we are today. Joe Wilson has been an important part of guiding our direction and building community connections. Dustin Dreiling and Trustyn Wilks bring technical expertise and dedication to solving complex IT challenges. All 3 are Partners in the company. IT expert Griffin Hancock and Marketing Director Kathryn Hancock have been instrumental in expanding our services and ensuring that customer experience remains a top priority. Lastly we have IT Analyst, Derek Swymeler who contributes both technical skill and innovative problem-solving to keep us moving forward.

Through this team’s efforts, SorWil has grown from a small IT support company into a trusted technology partner for businesses of all sizes. Our focus has always been on long-term relationships, making sure clients know they have dependable people they can call whenever technology challenges arise.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?

It took persistence and consistency to show clients that we were different, that we cared about their business success as much as fixing their immediate technology needs.

We have also had to balance growth with maintaining the quality of service that we pride ourselves on. As our client base grew, we had to learn quickly how to scale operations, bring the right people onto the team, and invest in the tools and training that would keep us ahead of the curve.

Those challenges have shaped us into who we are today. Each obstacle has pushed us to adapt, strengthen our team, and become more resilient. Looking back, those struggles were opportunities to learn, and they have built the foundation that allows us to serve our clients with confidence now. We have gained a lot of trust in our customers and will always work to keep it that way.
