Hi Treana and Shalina, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
We originally launched as Dolli’s Designs LLC, but in October 2022 we embraced a new identity as The Balloon Tycoons. What began as a small vision quickly grew into something bigger than we imagined all by the grace of God.
Our journey started with just two people, united by a simple yet powerful mission: to put God first in everything we do and to pursue success with unwavering faith and determination. From the beginning, we have grounded our business in Proverbs 16:3: “Commit your works to the LORD, and your thoughts will be established.”
With that scripture as our foundation, we’ve built The Balloon Tycoons from humble beginnings into a growing brand. Every step forward has been fueled by faith, hard work, and the commitment to never give up, no matter the challenges. What was once just an idea has transformed into a purposeful company; proof that with vision, drive, and God’s guidance, amazing things can happen.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like many entrepreneurs, we’ve faced our share of struggles along the way. But we’ve learned that entrepreneurship isn’t about the obstacles themselves it’s about how you overcome them. Each challenge has been a lesson in resilience, perseverance, and faith.
What’s carried us through is our decision to do things God’s way. Because of that, the road has been smoother than it might seem from the outside Jesus truly takes care of everything. We’ve seen firsthand that the Bible is not just a spiritual guide but also a practical blueprint. Its principles, when applied, have the power to elevate every area of life, including business.
For us, success hasn’t been about avoiding difficulties; it’s been about facing them with faith, staying grounded in God’s word, and watching Him open doors we never could on our own.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson we’ve learned is to never give up. Instead of asking, “Can this be done?” we’ve trained ourselves to ask a better question: “How do we figure out what needs to be done to reach the next level of success?”
That shift in mindset has been a game-changer. It keeps us focused on solutions rather than obstacles and reminds us that growth comes from persistence, creativity, and faith-driven determination.
