Today we’d like to introduce you to Grace Mauzy.

Hi Grace, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Graceful Marketing Co. began with a simple belief: every business has a story worth telling, and marketing should feel authentic, not forced. As a lifelong Missouri resident with a heart for community and agriculture, I saw how many local businesses were struggling to connect with their audiences in a way that truly reflected who they are.

I started out working in communications and marketing for state agencies and nonprofits, gaining experience in everything from branding and social media to event promotion and large-scale campaigns. Over time, I realized that the same strategies I was using to reach thousands of people could be scaled to help small businesses thrive, too.

That’s when Graceful Marketing Co. was born. Today, I specialize in helping businesses, from local shops to growing organizations, develop branding, design, and marketing strategies that not only look beautiful but also tell their story in a way that resonates. What started as a one-woman venture has grown into a true passion project where creativity, strategy, and storytelling meet.

At the heart of it all, my goal remains the same: to shine a light on each client’s unique journey and help them stand out with confidence.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all! But that’s part of the journey! Starting Graceful Marketing Co. meant stepping into entrepreneurship as a one-woman business, which comes with both freedom and challenges. Balancing client work with building my own brand hasn’t always been easy, especially in the beginning when I was learning how to wear all the hats: designer, marketer, strategist, accountant, and everything in between.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
What makes my work different is the personal approach. Every project starts with getting to know the heart of a business: who they are, what they stand for, and how they want to connect with their audience. From there, I create marketing that reflects them, not just a trend or template.

Some of my proudest moments have come from seeing a client light up when their brand finally feels “like them,” whether that’s through a logo, a full branding kit, or consistent social media content.

At the end of the day, Graceful Marketing Co. is about partnership. I treat every company I work with as if it were my own and take pride in crafting marketing that tells a story worth remembering.
