Hi Laura, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’m a construction engineer turned boudoir photographer; I am obsessed with all things numbers (& math) and my husband & daughter. I have been a photographer since high school (shot a wedding and lots of senior photos then) and have done boudoir since 2019, and I officially left the commercial construction world in May of 2020 to do boudoir full-time and haven’t looked back!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a Kansas City-based boudoir photographer specializing in creating bold, intimate, and empowering photography for women (and couples). My sessions are designed to help you relight your fire and confidence, and to help you see yourself in another light.

What sets me apart is my personalized approach—I take the time to understand your unique vibe, guide you through every pose, and create a safe, fun space where you can truly let your freak flag fly.
