Today we’d like to introduce you to Morgan & Chan Smith

Hi Morgan & Chan, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Chan was originally the social media influencer. She started in 2018, went on tour with other influencers. Grew a following of over 40k on instagram and over 20k on twitter (now X). Unfortunately when her instagram was hacked, she had to start over.
Fast forward to September 2020. Morgan & Chan became a couple. Quickly fell for one another, got engaged March 2021 and married in October of 2021. Shortly after, they moved to Kansas City, MO from an Arkansas town.
Opportunity surrounded the two and they took it all by the reigns. Eventually Chan had the idea to start a Morgan & Chan tiktok and instagram, to share their adventures as a couple. Their following and insights grew quickly.
As they continued to grow in Kansas City, as a couple and as individuals, they decided they wanted to take the next step.
To become foster parents.
They quickly started classes, and getting bedrooms in order. In ten short weeks they were licensed and eager.
As they started the foster care journey, they are eager to share the journey with their followers on all platforms.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There have definitely been ups and downs. Nothing good is ever perfect. You have to learn, grow and become better day by day.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We both work full time jobs.
Morgan works as a Chiropractic assistant and office assistant and Chan (myself) works as a Logistics Manager.
I (Chan) am the main one who runs our social media pages and manages them. I have always had a dream and passion to be a positive influence to others through social media, and we enjoy doing that together.
We are extremely proud to see where we are now, vs. where we came from. I don’t think either of us pictured our lives to be as wonderful as they are now. We’re blessed.
