Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Ryan

Hi Jennifer , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey in the apartment industry began in December 1990. I am from a small town in Iowa and moved to Kansas City with my husband. We were apartment hunting and when we toured Camden Passage apartments, I knew that was something I wanted to pursue. Long story short, I’ve been in the apartment business for 34 years in numerous roles and love what I do.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been mostly a smooth road. I truly have a passion for making sure that we provide the best living experience for our residents. I have amazing teams that go above and beyond to ensure we provide a living experience second to none.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am the Portfolio Manager for Launch Development. I oversee the day to day operations for our apartment communities. My key functions include fiscal accountability for portfolio performance, personnel management, development, implementation and monitoring marketing plans and market trends, external and internal client relations and customer service,

I think my passion for genuinely caring about our residents living experience and the people I work with is what sets me apart from others.
