Hi Nancy, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I got started back in 2017 when I was experiencing some health issues, anxiety, struggle to gain weight, and just felt overall tired even in the morning after sleeping.
Fast forward several months later, I learned I had a parasitic overload. We all have parasites to some degree, and they usually do not cause issues unless you have an imbalance in the gut and have more bad ones than good ones. Then, you start to see many different health issues arise.
Finding out this information led me to do more research on the topic, and after trying several different detoxes and cleanses, I used my background with herbs and essential oils and formulated my detox. It’s a 14-day, 3-step cleanse that can be customized for different alignments depending on the concern one may have.
It’s called The Essential Detox Kit and works toward killing off unwanted pathogens, bacteria, viruses & parasites.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Cleansing itself can be exhausting on our bodies; our goal was to minimize the effects of the cleanse itself; when we cleanse, it kills pathogens off; in return, ammonia could be left behind, and we call these “Die-off” symptoms; die-off symptoms are what make us feel bad during a cleanse. This was the biggest reason we created the cleanse with a binder. I got so sick when I first started cleansing that I almost ended up in the hospital.
I later learned my pathways were unprepared for the cleanse, and I needed to focus there and add a cleanse with a binder. Cleansing can also take months to years to accomplish, and the cleaner and more nutritious you feed your body, the easier it will have to release the toxins.
